BriefSend is a SaaS tool that helps freelancers and agencies generate professional client update emails using AI.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account You must be at least 18 years old to use BriefSend

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe You can cancel at any time from your account settings Refunds are available within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

You own all content you create with BriefSend We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your emails, documents, or case studies You can export or delete all your data at any time

Do not use BriefSend for spam, harassment, or illegal activities Do not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service Do not share your account credentials with unauthorized users

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions

BriefSend is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect.
