BriefSend ('we', 'our', 'us') is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Account information: name, email address, password (encrypted) Client data: client names, companies, project descriptions, communication preferences Update content: bullet points you enter, generated emails, handover documents, case studies Usage data: feature usage, login times, plan information Payment data: processed securely by Stripe. We never store your credit card details.

All data is stored on Supabase (SOC 2 Type II certified) servers in the EU All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) AI processing is handled by Anthropic's API with enterprise-grade security We perform regular security audits

Right to access: export all your data at any time from Settings Right to rectification: edit your profile and client data at any time Right to deletion: delete your account and all data at any time Right to portability: export your data in JSON format Right to object: contact us to opt out of any data processing

Active accounts: data retained as long as your account is active Cancelled accounts: data kept in read-only for 30 days, then permanently deleted Deleted accounts: all data permanently deleted within 7 days
